GDB Order Entry is a multisite order entry platform giving you the visibility you need without the complexity of costly infrastructure that typically comes with it.

GDB5 has a light CRM system to compliment a rich, order entry interface allowing you to book & manage your orders online. With support for customer accounts, multiple addresses, alternate delivery addresses, deliver to site, pickup, alternate invoice addresses and email confirmations GDB Order Entry is flexible for just about any businesses.

The toolset features full support for the flat glass, processed glass, insulation and drywall. With a streamlined user interface you will see immediate time savings reducing the work load on your customer service team.

An optional feature of GDB Order Entry is the ability to manage delivery notes and tax invoices. The creation of delivery notes & tax invoices can be either automated or manual depending on how you want your business to run. (NB. The delivery & Invoicing features can be bypassed and not required in the order entry process.)
